A few ideas on how to use your peppers.

• Put the peppers on steak, hot sausage, meatball hoagies.
• Simmer with kielbasi in a crockpot for 3 hours and add rice.  Makes a wonderful casserole.
• Serve with brown beans and cornbread.
• Put on pepperoni rolls with some mozzarella cheese.  Heat till cheese is melted.
• Put on a homemade pizza in place of sauce.  Add all of your favorites.  Bake and enjoy!!
• Add to your favorite chili recipe.
• Cook some round steak, add peppers and simmer till tender, add rice and enjoy.
