Stuffed pepper soup
• 1lb hamburger
• 1/2 chopped onion
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 Cup instant rice
• 1 24oz carton beef broth
• 1 jar Rozy’s Peppers in Sauce-any variety
Brown the beef with the chopped onion and salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with corn bread or hard rolls.
